Dear colleague,
In order to use the hotel information and booking system you just have to do the following:
1. Please click on the link "Continue" after you have read these information. The site "New User" will be opened where you can enter your BMW Group E-mail Address. Confirm the E-mail address you have entered by clicking on "Save".
2. A confirmation of your E-mail address registration will be shown and a password for activating the application for the first time will be sent directly to your E-mail account. Please click on the button "Continue".
3. The "Login" site will be opened. For login into the system for the first time please enter your E-mail address and the password that has been sent to your E-mail account.
4. Click on "Login" to access the hotel information and booking system.
5. Please change your access password that has been sent to your E-mail account to a password of your choice. In order to do so please open the link "Profile" in the left-hand navigation list and click on "Login Data".
6. Please enter the password sent by E-mail into the field "Old Password" and enter the password of your choice into the field "New Password" and "Re-enter Password". Confirm the new password by clicking on "Save".
7. Please use your BMW Group E-mail Address and your new password each time you log into the hotel information and booking system.
