Each time you start the application it is necessary to register yourself as an authorised user, using your valid login data. When using the application for the first time, please register yourself as a "New User" and you will be shown a detailed information how to go on. After confirming the BMW Group E-Mail Address with "Save", the login site of the hotel information and booking system is opened. Please enter your login data(BMW Group E-Mail Address and Password) and confirm the entry by clicking on "Login". Your profile has now been activated and the application is immediately available to you. The profile data is a prerequisite for the "Bookings" or "Inquiries" process. Please pay attention to the correctness of your data. When using the hotel information and reservation system in the future, please use your BMW Group E-Mail Address and your password. Following registration, you are automatically directed to the "Hotel Search".
Please make sure that you maintain and use your login data in an orderly manner. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your login data. Should you have reason to suspect that unauthorized persons are using your login data, please change your password within the application using the "Profile" and "Login Data" buttons. In the "New Password" and "Re-enter Password" input fields, enter a password of your choice and confirm by clicking "Save". |

If you have forgotten your password and cannot open the application, use the corresponding button on the login site. After entering your BMW Group E-Mail Address in the input field, your new password will be sent to this e-mail address. You can use this password in conjunction with your BMW Group E-Mail Address to register the next time you call up the application. For your own safety, we recommend you change the password again immediately. Simply go to the "Profile" link after the login and select the "Login Data" button. In the "New Password" and "Change Password" entry fields, enter a password of your choice and confirm with "Save". |

Within the navigation list, the "Profile" link is available to you. Here, you will find an overview of all the address profiles, which you administer via this site. With "Change" and "Delete", you can update the individual profiles either by overwriting the displayed data or deleting the displayed data after confirmation of the security prompt. Additional address profiles can be created using the "New Travel Profile" button. Here you can also store your credit card information in order to avoid input repetitions for each inquiry and/or booking process. With the button "Master Profile" you can define, which data should be preset when creating a new profile. When creating new data sets, the information given here will be taken over automatically via the button "New Travel Profile" and do not have to be entered anew in every profile (e.g. same adress for invoices in all profiles). The predefined entries can be changed or deleted any time. It is up to you to select which profile to use for a reservation inquiry or online booking.
Should it be necessary to update your password make use of the "Login Data" button. |

How to find your accommodation facility |

Hotel Search |

Using the "Hotel Search" function in the navigation list, you can specify your accommodation search by entering your personal preferences and travel dates more precisely. You can select the types of accommodation, price categories, special facilities and services as filter functions. Be aware that the more search criteria you enter, the less results you retrieve. Please at least specify the destination or the post code, since this field is obligatory. Equally, you can enter the destination as the 3-letter code of an international airport or region. If you wish to be presented only with available accommodation facilities, please also select in the "Check availability now?" rubric the dates of arrival and departure, the number of person per room and the number of rooms you require. Simply leave empty those fields, which are not relevant to your search.
Tip: If you fill out the "Hotel Name"input field, other search criteria are ignored apart from the obligatory fields; the name of the accommodation has the highest priority and is an unambiguous search criteria. In this case, the only displayed search result is this particular accommodation.
You also have the possibility to search for worldwide BMW locations. Just click on the "Locations" index card. Here are the worldwide BMW locations preset. You only need to select the desired location and the distance to the hotel. Be aware that the closer the distance the less accommodations are displayed. You can check availability immediately or later. |

On this results page you are presented with an overview of all accommodation facilities matching your search criteria. By clicking on the hotel name or on the "Details" button under the address you are presented with an extensive description of the accommodation in the "Detailed Description". If you have already opted for a particular accommodation, you can perform an online booking using the "Check" function or a reservation inquiry via the "24h Check" function. If you have started the availability search (vancancy search) beforehand by entering the arrival and departure dates, the number of person per room and the number of rooms required, the system will automatically search for accommodation facilities with vacancies. If the search does not yield any results, you can either change your search criteria or make a non-binding reservation inquiry. |

All information about a particular accommodation facility is displayed in the "Detailed Description". Information about a certain rubric, e.g. "Rates", "Facilities", "Location", "Sports" or "Conference" is found on the individual index cards. Here you can also perform an "Online booking" or a "Reservation inquiry". Please note: We assume no liability for the content of the information pertaining to an accommodation facility. The respective accommodation facility itself is responsible for the contents presented. Furthermore, we would like to point out that the information may contain mistakes or may not yet have been updated. |

Places of accommodation with no available vacancies have a "24h Check" feature. After clicking on this function, you can enter your request (room type, arrival and departure dates, number of rooms and persons per room) and select an address from your profile. After sending the inquiry, you will immediately receive a confirmation of the inquiry on the computer screen containing all the revelant data. Your inquiry is checked for availability within 48 hours and, for the time being, placed into the "Inquiries" journal. Here you can then check the status of your inquiry. |

Online booking |

Accommodation, which can be booked directly online has a "Check" function. Once you have decided on a particular accommodation facility, the system checks for availability of the desired rooms; this only takes a few seconds (in so far as no "Vacancy check" has yet been carried out in the comfort search). If there is availability, the binding rates are displayed. For placing a booking, simply select the respective address profile, confirm your credit card details and confirm your booking. The booking details, including a booking number, are displayed on your computer screen. Additionally, you will be sent an e-mail containing the booking confirmation. Please note that you can book maximally 300 days ahead of the date of arrival and a maximum of 100 consecutive days. The hotel will automatically be sent a booking confirmation; we recommend that you print out the confirmation and present it at check-in. Each booking is automatically placed into the "Bookings" journal. Please note: A booking is binding. Cancelations are definitely required, should you not be able to keep your booking as planned. Cancelations can be made in the "Bookings" journal in the navigation list. |

In the "Inquiries" journal you will find an overview of all your inquiries. By clicking the info button behind the inquiry number, you can view detailed information relating to your inquiry. You will receive an online reply concerning availability within 48 hours of your inquiry. If there is availability, you are also presented the total price for the stay and the conditions of cancelation. Within the set deadline you have the option of changing the inquiry to a booking. Should you not wish to make use of this option, you can also simply delete the inquiry. The booking, if carried out, is automatically moved into the "Bookings" journal, where you can also cancel the booking, should this become necessary. If the accommodation facility does not have any vacancies, this option is of course, not offered. Any reply you receive from an accommodation facility can be viewed in your journal. At the same time, you will also be sent an e-mail containing this information. This means that you have two different ways of informing yourself, within 48 hours, about the status of your reservation inquiry. All inquiries, independent of their status, are deleted from the journal on the specified date of arrival. This contributes to the optimisation of the data volume. Please note: A booking is binding. Cancelations are definitely required, should you not be able to keep your booking. Cancelations can be made from the "Bookings" journal in the navigation list. |

You can find an overview of all your bookings and cancelations in the "Bookings" journal. If you click on the symbol behind the booking number, you will be presented with a detailed view of the particular transaction, including the current status. Here you can also cancel any bookings you have made, using the "Cancel" function. |

Cancelations |

Reservation inquiries are not binding, therefore cancelations are unnecessary. In case of online bookings, cancelations are obligatory because you have made a binding booking. If you want to change your booking (in case you made an incorrect booking, changed your travel plans or have to change the number of persons for an existing booking), please cancel the existing booking first before making a new booking. Please cancel your bookings online at all times in order to avoid misunderstandings and to keep your personal journal "Bookings" up to date. Use the link "Bookings" situated in the navigation bar for canceling online. Here you are presented with information about all activities you have made. All bookings are given the status "booked". In order to make a cancelation, please choose the respective booking with click on the "i"-symbol behind the booking number. Just click on the button "Cancel" under rubric "Hotel Information". Please note the cancelation conditions for this booking that are presented under the rubric "Travel Dates". After having completed the cancelation you'll receive a cancelation confirmation including all relevant data directly onto your computer screen and another confirmation via e-mail. The booking status will automatically be changed from "booked" to "canceled". In the rubric "Hotel Information", all canceled bookings get the button "Delete". This button gives you the possibility to delete the respective activity and keep your journal "Bookings" clearly arranged. |
